How to notify Virgin if trying to cancel SIM only contract whilst on holiday abroad

Hi

My husband has bought a new pay monthly phone for me with another provider and I'd like to give my 30 days' notice to Virgin to cancel my SIM only contract - please advise the best way to do so, preferably without incurring large costs as I'm overseas currently.

We're sorry to lose you as a customer. Is there anything we can do to keep you on board?

 

If you'd like to cancel with us, you would need to give us a call on +44 7953 967 967 from any other phone while abroad. This will be the only way that we can cancel your account.
