since the upgrade some websites get blocked even though they were off before. However on my mobile can someone please tell me step by step how to remove this as I can find how to do it. Thanks in advance
Go to Answer
log into your Virgin Mobile account then click on the "Plan and device" tab and go to "Manage my services".
Here you will see "Parental controls" > switch to OFF by clicking the other side of the rectangle box.
(If already off, try on, then back off again).
Allow time for your account to update then reboot your phone.
