Anyone know how I can cancel my contract if I cant get through on the phones? I haven't got enough minutes left on my current contract to be on hold for 1/2hr at a time. Already spent nearly 2hrs on the phone to them this wk! I haven't had my phone delivered yet and have no email confirming my agreement. I can't get any proper info from the call centre and the previous query I posted on here went unanswered. Just want to cancel and get out of this nightmare. Anybody any suggestions? Thanks!
