Hi dianemac,

if you have a Freestyle contract, the handset is purchased with a loan.

You must ensure that the device (loan) is paid off in full before you can cancel your tariff and request a PAC.

Re: How do I give notice on my contract and get a pac code

Hi dianemac,

if you have a 30 day rolling SIM only contract you can give your 30 day notice of intent to cancel at any time and also request a PAC at the same time.

The PAC remains valid for 30 days but once used your Virgin Mobile SIM will become "dead" and you will no longer have access to any remaining tariff / balance that may have still been on it. (So think about when you might want to request it and use it).

If you are on a minimum term contract it will be necessary to complete your obligated time before cancelling.

With a Freestyle tariff it will be necessary to pay off any balance still owed on your device before cancelling.
