How do I get calls to come through from my bank who use automated call verifications?
VM confirmed that premium number barring is disabled and voicemail has been turned off. I have checked the settings for my new iPhone 6S which shouldn't (and doesn't) have any call block/barring settings enabled.
I'm less than a week into switching from O2 and my 4G sim is faulty and now this, sort it out VM. Waiting till 8am to speak to the technical team, it's just not on!

Thanks for taking the time to join our community and post on the forum. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your phone being unable to receive calls from your bank.
I just checked with the team and have been advised there is a known issue around this. As a result it's also worth contacting your bank as it is possible the issue is with the system they are using to make the calls in question.
