I have a pay monthly mobile contract and I have a credit limit set against it at £125. How can I change this to a lower amount? Online or do I need to contact the helpdesk?

J0hn hit the nail on the head, if you give us a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile or 150 from a Virgin landline and select the option for mobile, we will be able to lower this for you
It irritates that this is the easiest way to find out, as does seeing that most of the options you can change online are biased in favour of one party. Anyway, cheers for the help.
