Help

Hi need help my service was cut off due to missed payment. Payment is all paid up to date and I still have no service???

Hi Jpendo,

 

when you pay the outstanding amount on a bill, it can take up to 24 hours for you to come back online.

If you are still without service after this time, I would advise that you call and speak to a member of the customer service team.

Free call 789 from another Virgin mobile or 150 from a Virgin Media landline.

0345 6000 789 (standard rate call) from any other phone.
