I'm unable to see online if any tarrifs offered are worth changing to, the upgrade takes me straight to the Freestyle phone selection.
Just to confirm this has been a standard 30day sim-only from day 1, never have taken on a contract/Freestyle phone.

Your online account will advise you if your package is eligible for an upgrade to a new 'Freestyle' handset.
This could mean your current contract has expired, or that you're on a 'SIM Only' package with us (which of course by definition would always be eligible).
Take a look at our current range of SIM Only and also our Freestyle contract offers on our website.
If you like what you see, just dial 789 free from your mobile (0345 600 0789 from any other line) and we'll be able to get you set up on the new deal.
