Faulty phone

Got a Samsung s6 on contract, developed a fault after few months overheating and black screen. Samsung fixed. Then 6 weeks or so later same fault black screen and overheating. Virgin state it's not economical to repair and will not replace. ! Spoke to 1st person who stated it had been overcharged? Second person said it had water damage and then spoke to Sam who first stated they would recondition it then changed her mind and stated the board was burnt out?

Re: Faulty phone

Hi glover09o9,

Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear that your Samsung S6 repair under warranty has been refused.

If you disagree with the conclusion of our repair centre, you will need to go direct to the manufacturer for a second opinion as they are the only ones who can overrule this decision.

You can find Samsung's contact details here: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/. Samsung will have reference to our repair centre's notes.

Many thanks,

Terri
