Failed delivery by Yodel - Why use them?

Hi Virgin Mobile

Failed mobile phone delivery by Yodel, update says we were not in, but stayed in for delivery.

Poor service which you need to take notice of as it's a joke.

If you can't deliver to store then you have lost our business, as I don't trust Yodel to not waste my time again. Looking at Yodel Twitter account its full of disappointed customers saying the same  which is affecting your reputation now.

Yes, after Virgin and myself chasing for 2 days to find out where the package was.

O well, I'm sure I'm not the first and won't be the last to have issues. 

Will avoid black friday weekend next year for anything.
