Re: Extortion

if you are talking about pay as yopu do its £2/day for upto so much billed each day. if you use small amounts of mobile data each day you would be better off on a plan that gives you 500mb/month on contract

Re: Extortion

Hi robinoi,

without a little more information it's hard to give an answer but I would assume that you are referring out of tariff data usage (£2 per day for unlimited use) as a Pay Monthly customer.

Or possibly Pay As You Go data use (£1 per day for up to 100MB).

Either scenario would result in the daily charge (regardless of how little might have been used) being applied each time you enter a new 24 hour (from midnight) period.

To avoid this, turn off mobile data on your device.

Re: Extortion

Doesn't stop it from being a rip-off.

Re: Extortion

AlexKid:-) Do you exist as an individual Virgin employee or are you some kind of avatar front for whoever's on duty?

Re: Extortion

he is just like you and me. not an employee of virgin.

the charges for out of data usage are here http://store.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-mobile/pay-as-you-go/call-charges.html under mobile broadband. not a rip off. stated in the terms.
