End of contract options

If I am happy with my phone at the end of my contract and do not want to upgrade can I just carry on and pay the tarrif charge?

Hi JillyB55,

yes of course you can, however if I were you I would still call the the Virgin Mobile team on 789 or the Upgrades team directly on 0345 183 1150
Open Mon-Fri 8am-8pm; Sat 9am-5pm and Sun: Closed.

Explain that you are happy with your phone & ask if they can offer you a better deal price-wise on your monthly allowance of minutes, texts, data.

After all, what have you got to lose & you might find you can save a few pounds Smiley Happy
