Emergency! consumer underwriting service

Dear Sir/Madam:

I passed credit check on 17th March 2016, but loan agreement declined.I do not know why? And what I can do to put it right?

I am waiting for the new phone emergency! So, looking forward to hear from you ASAP.

Hi season29,

an extensive search of past posts in the mobile forum would have you believe there is no email address.

However, in the cable forum I found this address for the Virgin Consumer Underwriting Team: creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk

I can't be sure as I don't work for Virgin but I would guess it's the same department.
