I passed credit check on 17th March 2016, but loan agreement declined.I do not know why? And what I can do to put it right?

an extensive search of past posts in the mobile forum would have you believe there is no email address.
However, in the cable forum I found this address for the Virgin Consumer Underwriting Team: email@example.com

I can't be sure as I don't work for Virgin but I would guess it's the same department.

you can appeal the decision by writing to the Virgin underwriting team:
