Due a upgrade

I'm due a upgrade and I don't know when I that will be I have been with other networks and they let you upgrade 3 months before the contract end. My contracts finished in December do you get a upgrade when your contract expires or 3 months before?

Virgin don't do that normally, only one month before, try calling 789 from the phone and choose the appropriate option
