I always top up towards the end of a month and then at the start of the next month i get my big data and txts pack.
I topped up £10 the last week in february and did not realize until now that i have not yet received my mobile package that i paid for and have been using the credit on my phone instead.
Is there a reason why my package would not have been turned on ?
So far this error has wasted £25 of credit..

you need to speak to a member of the Team (free call 789 from your mobile).
They will be able to see on your account the date of your last top-up. Before the end of February should qualify for your "Rewards" this month.
Hopefully, they will rectify the issue and reimburse your lost credit due to your rewards not being there.

Just got off the phone with a nice lady and everything was sorted out swiftly.
My texts were added to my account and credit refunded for the texts used in the first 6 days of this month so i am happy.
