Denied New Mobile

Trying to get another mobile for my daughter , went through everything online before getting the message that i couldnt get the mobile as im not an existing home virgin media customer  , which i am and have been for years

Help most appreciated

Hi renegadek,

try phoning and speak to customer services (789 from a Virgin mobile - 150 from Virgin landline and ask for mobile sales or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone.)

Prices are the same for new and existing customers. The only benefit of being a Media customer is free VM to VM minutes on your tariff.
