I used to be a regular user of the £5 per month 1GB data bundle on Virgin Mobile PAYG.
Unfortunately, there is now no mention of data bundles on the Virgin Mobile website (including in my account, when I login online).
Can you someone confirm if data bundles are still offered (and if they'll continue to be offered)?
Also, what is the process and text message "code" for adding a data bundle (and canceling it)? Do they just expire or are they automatically added each month?
Finally, does a data bundle last for 30 days from the date that the data bundle is added/purchased?

When you added the £5 per month 1 GB data bundle how did you do it before? Was it through your account on the website or through a text message on your mobile?

I've added the 1 GB data bundle both ways (via text message from my mobile and via my online account).
I'd love updated instructions on how to add (and cancel) the 1 GB data bundle both ways.

The bundle needs to be purchased and does not automatically renew.

I finally had a chance to try adding the 1 GB data bundle per the instructions supplied by Virgin in this forum topic: Text 1GBDATA to 789030
It did not work. I received the following message back: Sorry, we haven't been able to recognize that request. To buy access to BlackBerry services simply text WEEK or MONTH to 789030.
Kindly advise on how to add the 1 GB data bundle.
