I ordered a mobile from virgin in January which was lost in transit. Eventually they cancelled the contract or so I thought until this months bill came through. So far I've been called a liar and a thief all because some idiot at yodel can't read an invoice and a map. Fed up with Virgin Mobile and their total disrespect to customers.
