Customers complaints

I ordered a mobile from virgin in January which was lost in transit.
Eventually they cancelled the contract or so I thought until this months bill came through.
So far I've been called a liar and a thief all because some idiot at yodel can't read an invoice and a map.
Fed up with Virgin Mobile and their total disrespect to customers.

Yodel are the biggest bunch of crooks on the road.

Make Dick Turpin look like a novice...

 

(at least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he robbed people)

No it still hasn't been resolved despite numerous calls to virgins "customer service"
To add injury to insult they have just emailed me this months bill.
Time to seek legal advice 😡
