I have been trying to get some satisfaction, from extremely POOR customer service.
IT JUST DOESN'T HAPPEN.
Trying to get a new phone for wife for her Xmas, Yodel LOST IT not me YODEL.
I have been treated like a SUSPECTED THIEF. or PAST to Yodel, how are people meant to trust an organisation, who couldn't give a rats A....E about them.
I have had no one contact me about this situation, and every time I phone to ask for someone who could deal with the situation. I get redirected to Yodel or cut off.
In the UK my contract is with V mobile not V M, Yodel, and myself
They have not fulfilled there contract so how do I take legal Action, is it through small claims, I don't care if it is for time spent getting talked over by someone reading from a script. It is EXTREMELY DEROGATORY, and CONDESCENDING
