I have two mobile accounts with Virgin, why are they not appearing on my credit report?
Evidence suggests that most of Virgin's credit scoring is internal to the company.
Welcome to the community. With credit reports it can depend on the company you use as there are both free and chargeable options and this determines how up to date a credit report can be.
The free options such as Noddle and Clear Score may not show everything with full 100% accuracy.
Virgin Media uses Equifax and Experian. Their reports should show the full details for any payments made to Virgin. Whilst these are chargeable services Equifax does offer the first month free.
If you are already using either of these services and you're still not seeing details for any Virgin Mobile payments you will need to contact them directly.
