Ah ok. The one thing i truly hate about VM is trying to ring customer services. I just can never understand what they say. To the point when i last rang i ended up cancelling the order and going elsewhere just to get off the phone it was so frustraiting.
If there is a VM CS rep that frequents these pages and is able to help i'd appreciate a PM.

@AlexKid is correct, the minimum credit limit is £50.
