Contract runs out

Contract runs out in a few weeks but I don't want to carry on . Do I have to contact virgin media to cancel

Hi R458,

 

YES, you need to contact the team (free on 789) and make clear your intent to cancel at the end of your contract period.

If you don't do this your allowance will refresh on a 30 day rolling basis.
