Contract query!

I have two contracts for my kids. Both the same yet for some reason one has upgraded the data from 500mb to 650mb. Anyone know why??

Looking into this, I'm not seeing an upgrade offer for 650mb, so I may not have the correct account details.  In order to check into this further, I'll need to verify your details.
