Contract end date?

Hi

I have trying without any success in trying to find out when my daughters contract ends as her iPhone isn't working as it should, not being able to make/receive calls or texts.  Can anyone tell me how to find out please? I even  went on live chat and they couldn't tell me and I called into Virgin Shop and she couldn't help either except to phone 789 when it doesn't work, but if it isn't working how can you phone?!

0345 6000 789 from any phone. (standard call)

150 and select mobile option from a Virgin Landline

These will get you through to customer services

don't see how that can be considered non-helpful answer, gave the other options of contact using a land line other option would be writing to virginmedia but that can take 28 days to get reply, also if the account is your daughters name, the support team wouldn't be able give these details to a 3rd party without passing Data Protection first with your daughter
