Contract cancellation

Hi
I cancelled my contract but changed my mind the next day. When I called I was told that I wouldn't be able to go back on to my contract as it was i would have to choose a different one. I did this but didn't really want to. Is it true I couldnt go back to my original contract with the service data allowance etc.

if it has already been processed to cancel and it was a service that is not offered anymore its possible as they wont be able to add you to a service that doesn't exist

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting regarding your experience.

If your previous tariff is no longer available to new or upgrading customers, there would have been no way to re-add it unfortunately.

Only packages currently on offer could have been applied by the time the previous package was removed.

Not sure what you have signed up for since but our 20GB tariff is currently only £15 on the website.
