Contract Upgrade

My account is showing I am at upgrade stage, can I do this in store or only online or over the phone?

Yeah I have. Previously I've only ever been able to get a new phone when my contract is ending via phoning up, was never allowed to via in store

You can use the green tab on your account to do this or you can call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789 if you'd prefer? Smiley Happy
