How do you get a complaint resolved? I have lodged at least 3 formal complaints, written Swansea, spent hours on the phone, called in to a Virgin Media store, posted on Facebook - and nothing.
I am tired of non-UK based operators saying they have or will deal with my complaint.
I spend nearly £1800 pa with Virgin, I have the home phone, broadband, TV and mobile, yet I get treated so badly when something goes wrong.
I want to speak to someone in the UK who can resolve a Virgin Mobile complaint, does anybody know how to do this?
