Complaint Response

I sent a written complaint about my Experia Aqua 4 phone over 1 month ago to the complaints address and have heard nothing . what is the acceptable response time ?

I have posted on hear re my phone which has been replaced because of a microphone fault only for the replacement to have another microphone fault (audio output does not work )

I don't see why I should continue to make my monthly payments when Virgin are unable to provide me with a phone which does what it is supposed to .

Their complaint code of practice states your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt and they aim to resolved with 28 days.
I'd be suprised if you received an acknowledgement in the first place
