I sent a written complaint about my Experia Aqua 4 phone over 1 month ago to the complaints address and have heard nothing . what is the acceptable response time ?
I have posted on hear re my phone which has been replaced because of a microphone fault only for the replacement to have another microphone fault (audio output does not work )
I don't see why I should continue to make my monthly payments when Virgin are unable to provide me with a phone which does what it is supposed to .
