Charges for exceeding allowance

Hiya,

I've exceeded my mobile data allowance for the 1st time ever this month and have an extra £1 charge on my account. I have a SIM only pay monthly deal and all I want to do is find a list of the charges if I do exceed any of my allowances in future but I'm failing miserably to find this info on the Virgin Media website!!

Is the £1 per Mb or daily or flat fee or what?!

When my daughter exceeded her data allowance on Talkmobile its just 2p per Mb extra.

Thanks.

Re: Charges for exceeding allowance

Hi 11jet11,

if you exceed your mobile data allowance the charge is £1 per day for unlimited data each day that you use it.

The charge is mentioned on THIS page if you scroll down and click on "what if I go over my allowance".
