I cancelled my contract (1GB sim only 30-days rolling contract) on 12/01/2017 and it is still in the 14 days period. However the next day there was a £9 (the charge for the contract) deduction from my bank account. There was even a £5 deduction before that for something that i didnt know for what. Searched everything on the website and found nothing. Where can I get my money back?!
