Charged for data within my monthly allownance.

My monthly allowances refreshed today and Virgin have promptly billed me for the last month, with an extra 2 quid for going over my monthly data allowance at 11.38 last night. Not a huge amount, but they've also rolled over 125mb of unused data into this month!
How does that work?!
And is it worth the aggro of phoning 'em in the hope of getting a £2 credit?

Re: Charged for data within my monthly allownance.

Hi gettinold,

this certainly sounds like a glitch in Virgin's system.

Unfortunately as you say, you'll need to phone them in order to get your £2 back Smiley Indifferent

As to whether it's worth it. Me, I would. But only you can decide.

Good luck if you do and let us know how you get on Smiley Happy
