Changing tariff

When I log on to my account and attempt to upgrade (30 day rolling) to a 4G plan, it wont allow me to obtain the double data deal, which is available on the main site. Is this a glitch in the system?

Hi Johan,

 

perhaps you could try calling the Team (free on 789 from your mobile) to discuss upgrading to a new 4G tariff with double data.
