Re: Changing phone from Pay Monthly to Pay as you go
Is there an email address I can use to clarify how the change from rolling contact to Pay as you go I made on 789 on 8 July will happen? I used 789 but as my hearing is not that good and the accent was very strong and the background noise horrendous, I'm insure what action if any I need to take now. I received a message telling me that I would revert to my chosen previous pay as you go tariff on 8 August, but as I've not had one that's a bit confusing. I cancelled by Direct Debit for the old tariff but would like to know what if anything I need to do next. I would rather change provider that phone 789 again!
