Changing my phone

How can I find out when I can change my phone and how can I find out if the one I have is still under warranty?

Thanks for getting in touch via the Forum. You can check your current contract online at Your Account. Just click on Plan and device at the top and then you'll see your contract details under Your current plan

A mobile phone purchased from Virgin Media comes with a full 24 month warranty.
