I have been trying to change my tariff since 17 Nov to 4g without any success. I tried online and phoned at least 4 times and get told they have raised an IT ticket the matter will be resolved in 3 to 5 days. Each time I speak to a different individual and get told they are not allowed to text or email on progress so I have to keep calling every week. I missed 28 Nov renewal date and can't see 28 Dec being met either. please help!!!!
