Change Tarriffs

Hello

I have three phone contracts, all SIM only, and was just able to upgrade one account to an unlimited data text and 150 mins per month.  However this option is not showing on the other two accounts in the change tarriff section.  This, as you can imaging has caused some friction between the kids!! Is there any way this can be resolved? many thanks

Hi staceydsf,

 

that's probably due to that line in the small print:

" you can only move between the tariffs that were available during the time you signed up."

 

It's worth giving the Team a call on 789 from your Virgin mobile (0345 6000 789 any other phone) and ask though.

They might still be able to move the other two numbers to your desired tariff.

Yup asked them whilst I was talking to them and they wen't very helpful in changing them all the same Smiley Sad
