Cant see recent usage on my account

Log in to mobile account. Can see last bill etc. But when l click on recent usage since last bill l just get an error page and says sorry try again in a few moments. Same error had been happening for weeks.

Yes, same here. I've been trying to view my recent usage to keep track of my mobile data for over a week and it keeps saying Oops, something's gone wrong. Would be good if this could be fixed soon!

Same here.  I had to call 789 today about something else and I mentioned it to the man I spoke to - he said he would log it but I am not sure if he meant it!

It has been down for weeks!
