Cant log in to account -password reset code text not received- keep getting cut off on the phone

I'm moving soon. For the last couple of weeks I've been trying to sign in to my account to look at my options but cant sign in. I've asked for the text to reset my password several times over that period and not received one of them. The 'chat' is always busy apart from the 'Moving home' one, who told me to phone the mobile dep. I have had 2 phone conversations lasting over 10 minutes to get it sorted but have been cut off both times before it was done.
Plus, this last month I've had an enormous bill - but I cant get into my account to see why.
