Cannot top up online. VM does not recognize my Tel #

I use a VM Samsun clam-shell phone, attached in the US to a 10-digit phone # that reads like a land line: Area code plus 7 digit #. I try to top up on my MacBook laptop here in Germany before my mo.mo plan runs out. Am using Safari browser but VM says my browser needs to be updated in Microsoft... I ave no MS soft installed however. Does anyone have a suggestion how I can top-up by "dumb" simple phone acct in the US, while I'm here in Germany? Thanks much. L.

I have just had a look at your post, and I can see that you need to speak to the Virgin Mobile USA guys, we are the Virgin Mobile UK guys.
