Cannot sign into mobile account and have been unable to view bills for this online!

Since I joined VM just before Christmas 2016 I have been unable to create, log in or view bills online.  I am disabled and because of a speech impediment cannot use the telephone for getting in touch to sort this problem out, I can only use email or the VMCommunity forum boards.  So my predicament is I am  unable to sort this problem out!
