Cannot sign into email

I cannot sign into my email account to activate the link I was sent to activate my mobile account, why not?  This is all confusing to me, ever since I have had VM the service has been okay but online customer service seems to be functioning very badly, I ask that you sort these things out as I am disabled and not able to telephone because of a speech impediment!

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with signing into My Virgin Media and your email. Is this working for you now?
