Cannot get mobile data usage

HI

For weeks now I have been unable to see the data usage on any of my registered mobiles (3) all I get is oops! try again later. I have tried ringing the help line and all I get is "we will refer it to the technical department!" I can see others have had this problem but have anyone had the problem resolved?

Previous posts suggest that this has been picked up by the technical team and they are in the process of fixing it. The forum team members will update you as soon as they have any further information.

@Lurcherlover is correct, our technicians are working to resolve the problem some customers are having viewing their Recent Usage via their online account.
