Canceling

Hi i have sent my sim back today with  a letter to ask for the sim to be cancelled as i dont want to be on pay monthly anymore . I have also stated in the letter i have cancelled the direct debit . Is this enough information to get my account closed because i cant keep affording to ring !!!

Hi 1331happy,

 

it's unfortunate that you have sent your Virgin SIM back.

Had you not done so, you could have called Virgin Mobile (freephone 789) from it and given your notice of cancellation. (30 days notice is required on "Pay Monthly SIM only").

Your notice can only start once your letter has been received by the Team at Virgin Media and there may be a final payment required so cancelling your direct debit might cause problems. (Also you won't be able to make use of the tariff you're paying for).

If you have a Virgin Media landline you can also contact them on freephone 150.
