Last week I ordered a data sim only for my mobile. I received the sim and a direct debit notice a few days ago. I have now changed my mind and want to cancel. In the mail, it stated that I have 2 weeks to do so.
I just called Virgin and they told me this number wasn't registered yet (which would make sense since I still haven't opened the package), and that in order to cancel the contract, I just didn't need to activate it. So, I just made a contract with virgin, I received the sim card and direct debit notice, but it will all be cancelled as long as I don't use the sim card.
