I have 2 mobile SIMs on my account. The older one allows me to switch tariff on a monthly basis, as advertised. However, the newer one just says "there are no tariffs available for you"? I notice that the 'Refresh date' keeps moving 2 months into the future. Both are SIM only, so why can't I change my tariff on the newer SIM???
Has anyone had a similar problem and know any answer? I guess I can call CS, but was hoping to avoid that as I don't actually want to change tariff at the moment (I just want the option in the future!). Why don't VM have an email address for non-urgent queries like this?
