Can't switch tariff online - refresh date keeps jumping 2 months ahead?

Hi all,

I have 2 mobile SIMs on my account. The older one allows me to switch tariff on a monthly basis, as advertised. However, the newer one just says "there are no tariffs available for you"? I notice that the 'Refresh date' keeps moving 2 months into the future. Both are SIM only, so why can't I change my tariff on the newer SIM???

Has anyone had a similar problem and know any answer? I guess I can call CS, but was hoping to avoid that as I don't actually want to change tariff at the moment (I just want the option in the future!). Why don't VM have an email address for non-urgent queries like this?

That's very odd! I'm not too sure why this has happened. In this instance, you would need to give us a call on 789 or 0345 6000 789 so we can find out.

 

The team on the phone will be more than happy to help get this fixed.
