Can't manage mobile account/

I thought the days of me being told what I can and cannot see because of my age were over!!

I've been wanting to turn off parental controls for a while now (since I opened the account a few weeks ago) but this message just keeps appearing meaning I cant manage my settings online. It's just looked like this even before I put any requests in. I've rang 789 to get the problem sorted and after 3 attempts it seems that parental controls is now turned off but I still can't manage any of my setting online and although I was told in my most recent call this message will go it's still clearly there.

Anyone have any solutions? This is getting annoying to the point where I'm thinking of just changing provider.

Try a different browser, if that fails you'll need to call again sadly
