Once again - can't log in to mobile account - was on auto fill - just loads & does nothing 😠 deleted all my virgin saved passwords - tried again - nope! 😠
just done reset on password which it accepted - went to login without saving them & just goes blank??? Type in email address & password - press go - goes blank - so so annoying & frustrating - whole point was so I don't have to speak to your mobile services peeps on phone - takes forever often can't u/stand their accent & nothing is resolved!!
Really need to get into my account as my daughter is abroad & I wanna check on charges etc 😁😁😁
