Can't log into account

put this in the wrong area earlier so will try here. Have been trying to log into mobile account for a few days, when i put email/ password in it just keeps showing same page to put information in. I am using ipad, have tried safari, private browsing & google chrome. Did phone virgin but they couldnt help just said leave it 20 minutes & try again. If anyone else has had this trouble would appreciate some help.
