Hi I managed to set up my mobile online account with an incorrect email address that isn't mine and now can't sign in to view my account as the verification is sent to this wrong email. How do I change this as there are no options to put it right! Please help

In order to get the email address corrected, you will need to either call in on 789 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile), 150 (Freephone from a Virgin Mobile or Virgin Media landline) or 0345 6000 789 (from any other phone) or let me know and I'll send you a private message asking for more information and I can get this changed for you.
