Can’t access plan & devices tab

Hi, I am able to access my account but when I click tab for plans and devices I get the Ooops! message.  I want to upgrade my plan, please can you help?

you could give the Team a call:

Freephone 789 from your mobile, 0345 6000 789 (standard call rate) from any other phone.

I am having same issue at the moment and currently waiting for them to fix it got completing date of 24th but hopefully sooner. Complained on here and by phone. You need them to raise an IT ticket
