Can’t access plan & devices tab

Hi, I am able to access my account but when I click tab for plans and devices I get the Ooops! message.  I want to upgrade my plan, please can you help?

I am having same issue at the moment and currently waiting for them to fix it got completing date of 24th but hopefully sooner. Complained on here and by phone. You need them to raise an IT ticket

Hi don't know if you got the oooppps message sorted on the virgin account. the only way ive had it fixed was complaining that much complaints have upped my monthly allowance as good will which has in turn sorted the account out by changing the tariff I was on. maybe that's worth doing.
